THERAPY SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN, TEENS ADULTS, AND FAMILIES
How can Therapy Help?
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. My role is to support you in unlocking your strengths, navigating challenges, and moving toward the goals and changes that matter most to you.
Theraputic Approaches
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor them to your individual needs. In a safe and supportive environment, we work together to build trust, explore patterns, develop coping skills, process emotions, and foster personal growth.
My Approach to Therapy
I provide individual therapy to children, youth, and adults who are looking for a supportive space to better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
I offer support to individuals who are:
-
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, or constant overthinking
-
Struggling with intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours that interfere with daily life
-
Carrying the impact of past trauma or difficult life experiences
-
Navigating major life transitions, stress, or uncertainty
-
Struggling with parenting challenges or family stress
-
Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful
-
Looking to build confidence, emotional balance, and resilience
Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, building insight, practical tools, and a stronger sense of stability and self-trust.

Meet Clair Bowman,
B.Ed, MSW, RSW
With many years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, I feel grateful to do work I remain deeply passionate about. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Education.
My background includes working with children, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of mental health concerns, along with experience in the school system that continues to inform my work today. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story.
